He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Kosinski and Constance Kosinski (Gusta Kremnitz); his wife Joanne Kosinski (Brantmyler); and his siblings, Ferne Szymczak, Alice Truna, Virginia Jeziorski, Clemence, Edwin, Albin, Clarence, Stanley and Leonard Kosinski.
He is survived by: his son Michael Kosinski; his grandchildren, Christopher, Catherine and Daniel Kosinski; his sister-in-law Rita Wieczorek; and his nieces, Sandra Maugel and Janice Posadny. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to St. John the Baptist Catholic Church or The Toledo Polish Genealogical Society.
