She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Benge and Helen Benge; her husband Benny A. Carpenter Sr.; her children, Kelley Speelman and Benny A. Carpenter Jr.; her son-in-law James Bricker; and her siblings, Otis Benge, Becky Fitzpatrick and Noreen Rank.
She is survived by: her children, Carl Veith Jr (Donna), Tina Harman (John), Tonya Anderson, Michael Veith Sr (Sherri) and Chris Carpenter (Robin); her children-in-law, Walt Speelman and Theresa Carpenter; and her siblings, LouAnn Lowery, Timothy Benge (Sue), Beverly Dahmer (Ron) and Karen St. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren, and 42 great grandchildren.
