She was predeceased by: her mother Melissa Sansom. She is survived by: her husband Eric Tomaszewski; her children, MacKenzie and Eric "Duder"; her stepfather Philip Tafelski M. J.; her siblings, Christine Tafelski (Cory Blackford) and Tony Tafelski (Jessica Cornish); and her father-in-law Roy Tomaszewski.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Castillo Funeral Home & Cremation Services (1757 Tremainsville Rd, Toledo, OH 43613). A memorial service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A celebration of life was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 7:30 PM at 3340 W Laskey Rd, Toledo, OH 43613.
