She was predeceased by: her husband Ellis; her siblings, Phyllis, Bruce, Fred, Edward and Lawrence; her sister-in-law Donna Cox; her daughters-in-law, Darlene and Tammy; her godson Hershel Wooley; and her friend Virginia Wooley.
She is survived by: her sister Joyce; and her children, Roger, Carl, Sharon, Glenna (Tom), Dennis, David and Gary (Angie). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews as well as many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation in Ruth's name to the American Cancer Society.
