He is survived by: his children, Alysha Pheanis and Jennifer Berk-Hoffman (Jim); his grandchildren, Matthew Weiss, Kayleigh Weiss, Andrew Reamy, William Hoffman and Emerson Hoffman; and his siblings, Rob Berk (Richael), Tim Berk and Cynthia Lorenz. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
