He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy L Carter Sr. and Lucille Carter (Lee); and his sister Dora Ann. He is survived by: his significant other Robin; and his children, Roy-G Carter (Carrie), Thomas Carter (Julie), Douglas Carter (Melissa Williams) and Mary Estrel (Terry). He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren, 6 Great Grandchildren, 4 step Grandchildren and 2 step Great Grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Sylvania First United Methodist Church (7000 Erie St, Sylvania, OH 43560).
