He is survived by: his wife Penny Hayes; his children, Kristy (Brian), Roy (Cari), Matthew (Jason) and Samuel (Dianne); his grandchildren, Hannah, Angel, Savannah, Olivia, Nik (Tory), Chelsea, Zach, Lisa, Samuel Jr. and Sean; and his great grandchild Colton.
