She was predeceased by: her husband Ernie; her parents, John Osinski and Lucy Osinski (Pilaczynski); her siblings, Lillian Mazurek (Stanley), Harriet Jacobs (Chet) and John Osinski (Delores); her daughter Ilene Riston; and her grandson Christopher Riston.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Williams (Bob), Stephen Albitz (Beth) and Teresa Thompson; and her friend Betty Horvath. She is also survived by five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
Any tributes may be in the form of contributions to the Sisters of St. Francis, Sylvania, Ohio, or Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
