He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his sons, Timothy Kulczak, Todd Kulczak (Kim Bell), Ron Kulczak (Stacey) and Randy Kulczak (Alexis Mullucey); and his sisters, Patricia Mackiewicz (Jim) and Donna Grochowski. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
