He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Bocian and Pearl Bocian (Katafiasz); his wife Alice Bocian (Przybysz); and his siblings, John "Jack" Bocian, Virginia Bocian and Wanda "Vivian" Krajewski.
He is survived by: his daughters, Laura Kuhlman and Karen Williams (David); his grandchildren, Carrie Meek (Rick), Cori Ferrington (Hank), Jeremy Williams (Alejandra), Dr. Emily Allen (Nate) and Drew Williams; his great grandchildren, Senior Airman Rick Meek, Sophia Meek, Teagan Ferrington, Taylor Ferrington and Emilio Williams; and his nieces and nephews, Lance Krajewski (Jenny), Robert "Jake" Przybysz (Kathy), Barbara Lanzinger (Gerry) and Jackie Barnes.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sujkowski Funeral Home (114 E Alexis Rd, Toledo, OH 43612). A rosary was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Saints Adalbert and Hedwig Catholic Church (3233 Lagrange St, Toledo, OH 43608).
