He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Eppard and Virginia Eppard (Avery); and his siblings, Carole Beck, Mikki Breese, Patti Kasper and David Eppard.
He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Eppard; his son Jason Eppard; his grandchildren, Drew, Quinn and Layla; his great grandchild Ameila Rae; his sister Diane Hess; and his sister-in-law Cynthia Baumberger.
