He is survived by: his wife Margaret Van Horn; his sons, Shawn Van Horn (Carmen) and Evan Van Horn (Melissa); his grandchildren, Mason (Rachel), Keenan (Kyla), Cameron (Brooke), Jacob, Brody and Arianna Van Horn; and his great grandchild Henry.
