He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael V. Burzynski and Rose Burzynski (Szymanski); his wife Maryann Orlowski; his daughter Corrine Burzynski Midworth; his grandson Ryan Midworth; and his siblings, Trudy, Elaine, Delores, Donald and Melvin Burzynski.
He is survived by: his son Philip Burzynski; his son-in-law Gerard Midworth; his grandsons, Seth Burzynski and Robert Wonnell (Heather); and his great grandchildren, Indigo Eve, Izaac Midworth, Emma, Dominic and Riley Sutter.
Memorial donations may be given to the Boy Scouts of America.
