He was predeceased by: his father Donald Okuley; and his siblings, Michael, Charles, Linda Bonawitt, Judy and Theresa.

He is survived by: his mother Mary Louise Okuley; his daughter Paula; his grandchildren, Chase and Caitlyn; and his siblings, Thomas, Robert, Patrick (Nancy), Steven (Richard Dusseau), Karen Knopp and Connie Mouser (Michael).

Being as he had a strong respect and love for veterans, the family requests any donations be made in his honor to the Sylvania American Legion, Joseph W. Diehn Post 468.
