He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Donald P. Kern and Jean Kern (Neidermaier); his wife Sandra; his son Cortney; his daughter-in-law Rachel Kern; his sisters, Jane Fast (John) and Sue Hemsoth Hughes; his brothers-in-law, Jeff Hauden (Marianne) and Jim Hauden; his cousins, Dave Hostetter (Marcia), Mike Hostetter (Vicki) and Pam Dargan Hostetter (David); and his friend Rick. He was also cherished by his family and friends.
