He was predeceased by: his parents, Alphonse Borer and Clara Borer (Stanley); his sisters, Mary Rahn (Borer), Catherine "Kate" Papenfus (Borer) and Louise Ziemkiewicz (Borer); and his son-in-law Erik Cline.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Borer (Raymond); his children, Jennifer McMonigle (Brad), Julie Weeks (Aaron), Marty Borer (Meredith) and Gregory Borer (Lauren); his grandchildren, Anna King, Garett Weeks, Samuel Cline, Riley McMonigle, Aidan McMonigle, Gabriel Weeks, Brayden Borer, Gabriella Borer, Audrey Borer, Avery Borer and Kelty Borer; and his close friend William Borer (Bill). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
