He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Noaker and Joyce Noaker. He is survived by: his son Adam Noaker (Mindy); his grandchildren, Marissa and Brock; and his sisters, Roberta Spitulski (Ken), Ramona Hart (Bill) and Rhonda Matney.
