He is survived by: his children, William Scott Galloway (Rebecca Hartman) and Stephanie Ann Galloway (Joseph Huther); his grandchildren, Frank Ellingsworth III, Melody Haase and Natalie Galloway; and his siblings, Ronald J. Galloway (Pat) and Carol S. Herbert.
