He is survived by: his sons, Raul "Sam" Arredondo (Aliyah) of Holland and Nicholas "Nico" Arredondo (Lindsey) of Toledo; his grandchildren, Bella, Ava, Alivia, Vinny, Zeke, Arya and Jose; his siblings, Rudy Arredondo, Elvira Trevino (Israel), Grace Tull, Hortencia Garrison, Robert Arredondo, Ricardo Arredondo (Theresa) and Alejandro Arredondo; and his pet Brutus.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the VA Clinic- Toledo.
