He is survived by: his wife Randi Baker (Wrede); his daughters, Michele Taylor and Megan Tackett (Griffin); his grandchildren, Courtney Tackett, Baylie Taylor, Chelsea Tackett, Griffin Tackett Jr., Payton Ruiz, Camryn Layne, Tristin Tackett, Azlyn Taylor, Sophia Tackett, Oliver Tackett and Maisie Taylor; and his siblings, Diane Adams and Wayne Baker (Patty).
Memorial donations may be given to the St. Vincent Medical Center Department of Palliative Care.
