She is survived by: her children, Joseph Michalak (Michelle Rumans) and Mary Michalak; her grandchildren, Sarah, Stephen Mohamed (Christina), Preston, Brittany and Andrew Rumans; her great grandchildren, Olivia, Ava and Kylie; and her sister Margaret Baranoski.
