He is survived by: his sisters, Wendy LeForge and Ginger Smith (Frank Riddle); and his nieces and nephews, Ann Johnson (Lori Carleton), Elizabeth Kobak (Joesph), Phillip Johnson (Melody), Jace Barrett, Rebecca Carpenter (Jake Martre), Kenny Smith (Jessica), Brian Smith (Christy), Kelli Carpenter and Michael Carpenter Jr..
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Walbridge Park (2761 Broadway St, Toledo, OH 43609).
