She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Koczorowski and Stephanie Koczorowski (Wulf); and her husband Alvin "Babe" Zakrzewski. She is survived by: her children, Mark Zakrzewski (Elaine) and Sandy Guiliani; and her brother Frank Koczorowski (Phyllis). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
Memorial tributes may be given to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
