With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norma Ann Biel (Toledo, Ohio), who passed away on November 1, 2023 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Velker and Clara Velker (Smolka); her husband Robert J. Biel (Bob); her son Jim Biel; and her siblings, Lucille Ragan and Melvin (James).
She is survived by: her children, Joseph (Sharon), Anthony (Darla Austermiller), Ellen Hicks (Gary), Anne Biel, Roberta Ball (Daniel) and Jenny Wagner (Rick). She is also survived by Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
