She was predeceased by: her parents, James Snow and Vera Snow; her siblings, Steve Snow and Rosemary Snow; and her grandson Amarion Mitchell.
She is survived by: her husband James Partlow; her daughters, Ernestine Triplett (William) of Toledo, OH, Dorice Porter of Toledo, OH, Vera Partlow (Preston) of Toledo, OH and Natasha Partlow of Toledo, OH; her siblings, Loretta Snow of Detroit, MI, Virginia Snow of Detroit, MI, Marcia Thorpe (Landy) of Toledo, OH, Delphine Snow of Toledo, OH, James Snow Jr. of Toledo, OH and Roy Lee Snow of Toledo, OH; and her close friend Linda Parker. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other loving relatives and kind friends.
