She was predeceased by: her parents, Chancy Conrad and Audra Conrad (Spangler); her husband Robert Patton of Lima, OH.; her daughter Diana Moore; and her siblings, Marie Weaver, Marjorie Allwood, Raleigh, Earl and Lawrence Conrad.
She is survived by: her daughter Gloria Nelson; her siblings, Duane Conrad of Metamora, OH and Maxine Mabee of Jasper, MI; her grandchildren, Milissa Kimball (Guy), Eric Uliczny (Molly) and Michelle Van Norman (John); her great grandchildren, Sam, Ethan, Eliza, Anna, Caroline and Adeline; and her friend Sandy Holtz. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Westgate Chapel.
