He is survived by: his parents, David Myers and Kimberly Myers; his brother Nick (Jessica); his nephews, Jude and Dex; his grandmother Louise Myers (Alison Simon); and his children, Jacob, Zachary, Abigail, Lucas, Annabelle and Benjamin. He is also survived by other loving friends and family.
