With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nancy Lewczynski (Toledo, Ohio), who passed away on September 5, 2018 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her children, Julianne Istler (Jim), Mary Conley, Michael Lewczynski and Thomas Lewczynski (Denise); her daughter-in-law Bertha Lewczynski; her brother Jack DeMars (Jean); her husband Richard; and her son Matthew. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
