She was predeceased by: her husband Mario G. Hernandez; and her parents, Betty Osborn and Norman Hogan. She is survived by: her children, Anthony Hernandez of New York, NY and Shawnna Abramczyk of Swanton, OH; her grandchildren, Willow, Rysia and Johonna; and her sisters, Ruth Kirk, Rita Abramczyk, Norma Norden and Sandy Zbierajewski.
The family will receive guests from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Monday, April 30, 2018, at Reeb Funeral Home 5712 Main St., Sylvania, OH, with memorial service following 6:00 - 7:00 P.M. Donations can be made in her name to ProMedica Ebeib Hospice Residence, 5340 Harroun Road, Sylvania, Ohio.
