With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Monica Szewczak (Toledo, Ohio), who passed away on May 28, 2018 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Stan; her parents, Martin and Edna; and her brother Harold O'Neill. She is survived by: her husband Stanley; her siblings, Kenny O'Neill (Jan), Patricia Zonsius and Jim O'Neill; her sisters-in-law, Laverne O'Neill and Evelyn Urbanski; her children, Linda Tolosano (Jim), Judy Szewczak (Bob Breese), Anita McLaughlin (Jack), Janet Albright-Rideout (Richard Rideout), Sue Broadway (Mark Furrer) and James Szewczak (Pam); her grandchildren, Michelle Albright-Peters (Dave Peters), Lyndsey Albright (Chad Kruse), John Broadway, III (Amanda), Payton McLaughlin, Morgan McLaughlin and Samantha Szewczak; and her great grandchildren, Finnegan Peters, Tate Peters, Myles, Colin, Liam and Rowan Broadway. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, and her children's friends who viewed her as a second mom.
The family requests that donations in her name be made to Cherished Friends of Ahava, Humane Ohio or Planned Pethood.
