He was predeceased by: his parents, Isabel Perez (Alferez) and Basilio D. Jr. Perez; his siblings, Eddie Perez, Gloria Rodela, Catarino Perez, Cecelia Perez, Edwardo Perez, David Perez, Arturo Perez, Maria Perez and Rudy Perez; and his nephews, Carlos Barrera and Armondo Perez.
He is survived by: his sisters, Antonia "Tonia" Perez-Jimenez of Adrian, MI and Virginia "Kimo" Madrid (Tino) of Toledo, OH. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
