He is survived by: his wife Erika; his children, Sloan Eberly Mann (Peter), Chelsea Westendorf (William), Cody and Alexander; his brother Steve Eberly (Christine); his grandchildren, Noah Mann and Oliver Mann; his nephews, David Eberly (Jennifer) and Peter Eberly (Liz); and his stepmother Elizabeth "Betty" Eberly. He is also survived by his step-brothers and step-sisters.
