He is survived by: his children, Tony Napoletano, Krista Ayres (Phil), Mark Napoletano and Michael Napoletano, Jr. (Lindsey); his grandchildren, Alex (Heather), Matthew, Daniel, Brandon, Aden and Jacob; his great grandchildren, Jasmine, Laiyanna and Dean; and his siblings, Thomas Napoletano (Loretta), David Napoletano (Michelle) and Connie Schneider (Paul). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
