He was predeceased by: his father Michael Smith; and his grandparents, Matthew and Victoria Howard (Piddock). He is survived by: his mother Diana Howard; his children, Paige Betcher (Stephen) and Tyler Howard (Devon); his grandchildren, Kolson and Grady Betcher; his siblings, Jason Smith and Stephanie Smith; his niece Kylei Smith; and his nephews, Keigyn Smith, Blake and James Colmenero. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
