He is survived by: his children, Michael Cunningham, Jeremy Cunningham, Christine Walton, Deborah Cunningham, Rebekah Cunningham, Rachel Dudley and Roquel Bush; his siblings, Frank Cunningham and Sharon Cunningham; and his fiancée Susie Dasquez. He is also survived by many grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
