It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Costilla (Toledo, Ohio), who passed away on April 10, 2025, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Karen Costilla; his aunt Eva Armour; and his uncles, Tony, Roy, Louie, Mike and Raymond Costilla.

He is survived by: his wife Shawne Costilla; his sons, Eddie Soto, Johnny Soto (Rashell) and Shaun Kelley (Chasity); his grandchildren, Kamren Kelley, Keaton Kelley, Coleston Kelley, Connor Soto, Raelynn Soto and Trevor Grandowicz; his father Eloy Costilla; his brother Matthew Costilla (Melissa); his niece Alicia Costilla; and his nephew Matthew Costilla Jr..

Donations may be made to Elara Caring Hospice on behalf of Mike.
