He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Sr and Theresa Chlebowski, Sr. (Przepierski); and his brothers, Frank, Jr. and Norman Chlebowski. He is survived by: his wife Joan Chlebowski; and his children, Karen Costell (Gary), Steven Chlebowski (Sherry), Susan Goldsmith (John) and Michael Chlebowski (Carolyn). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
