She is survived by: her children, Sandi Banasiak (Tom), Cyndi Burks (Jeff), Karen Tietjen (Ron) and Ronald Zawisza; her daughter-in-law Karen Zawisza; her sisters, Josephine Herman, Rose Schmitz and Phyliss Hanna; and her sisters-in-law, Rosemary Lewandowski and Judy Zawisza.
