She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Fowler and Evelyn Fowler (Berndt); her husband John R. Hunter; and her grandchild Avee Hunter. She is survived by: her sons, Larry Hunter (Amy) and Richard Hunter; her great grandchildren, Parker Hunter, Kyrin Carter, Kiyla Carter and Adonis Carter; and her brother Richard.

Memorial flowers may be sent directly to the cemetery, and donations in Mary's memory may be directed to her family.
