She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Downes and Sharon Downes (Siferd); her nephew Samuel Downes III; and her stepdaughter Linda Larger. She is survived by: her husband Leonard Waggoner; her children, Nique Pittman and Michal Bezeau (Holly); her stepdaughters, Laura Taylor (Bruce), Lisa Echols (Ron) and Lana Woolley (Steve); her great grandchild Dorian Waggoner; and her brothers, Chuck Downes, Samuel Downes Jr., Rick Downes, Randi Downes, Pom-Chi and Landon. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren.
The family requests donations be made to a charity of choice in Marsha's name.
