She was predeceased by: her husband Ray; her son Gene Borysiak; her grandson Brian Borysiak; and her sisters, Agnes Sorge and Dolly Jacobs.
She is survived by: her spouse Raymond A. Borysiak; her sons, Larry Borysiak (Marcia) and Kevin Borysiak (Ann); her daughter-in-law Sandy Borysiak; and her grandchildren, Maria Borysiak, Molly Borysiak, Matthias Borysiak and Maggie Borysiak.
The family wishes to thank the staff at Hospice for their excellent care and requests memorial donations be given to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
