She was predeceased by: her husband Daniel Spitulski; and her siblings, Daniel Muszynski, Thomas Muszynski, Rose Marie Thomas, Patricia Bubacz and Carol Malinowski.

She is survived by: her children, Martin Spitulski, Michael Spitulski (Jessica) and Gail Hoogstraal (Ken); her grandchildren, Kyle Spitulski (Kristen), Alex Spitulski, Brady Spitulski, John Branka (Christine) and Adam Hoogstraal; her great grandchildren, Maya and Amelia; her brothers, Edward Muszynski (Betty), Richard Muszynski and Stanley Muszynski (Martha); and her sister-in-law Patricia Muszynski. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be given to the Eleanor Kahle Senior Center.
