It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louis Ronald VanMeter of Toledo, Ohio, born in Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on February 6, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis VanMeter and Mary Catherine VanMeter (Thompson). He is survived by: his wife Sharon VanMeter (Davis); his stepdaughters, Candace Tubbs (Jeff) and Tamara Snell (Darin); his grandchildren, Jessica Tubbs and Kennedy Snell; and his sister Carolyn Newton (Hank).
Memorial tributes may be given to the family, or to the Kidney Foundation of Northwest Ohio.
