She was predeceased by: her husband Frank; and her parents, Edward Kotlewski and Helen Kotlewski. She is survived by: her children, Howard Castellucio, Andrew Castellucio, Gina Castellucio, Simon Castellucio and Chrissy Castellucio-Jones. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and many dear friends.
