She was predeceased by: her former husband Thomas Golus. She is survived by: her husband Joseph H. Kusz; her children, Thomas Golus (Gina), Joseph M. Kusz (Beth), Kenneth Kusz (Jennifer) and Patience Kusz; and her grandchildren, Benjamin, Evan, Owen Kusz, Heather Bockelman (Scott), Joshua Golus, Hope Golus, Darian, Derek, Dallas Kusz, Olivia Bender and Brandon Kusz.
