She was predeceased by: her parent Vona Williams (Garn); her husband Carl Cook; her father Kenny Williams; and her siblings, Terry Williams, Kathy Miller and Peggy Mc Donnell.

She is survived by: her sons, Ron Cook (Sue) and Rick Cook (Michelle); her grandchildren, Jack Hindall (Kirsty), Ramzi Ibraham (Mellissa) and Ravin Ibraham; and her great grandchildren, Ben Lucido and Nazar Ibraham.
