She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Middaugh and Eldora Middaugh (Linkey); and her siblings, Willard "Corky", Albert and Dale Middaugh.
She is survived by: her husband Michael W. Lawniczak of Anne's Church; her children, Vanessa Fink (Jeff), Theresa Hayes (David), Len Lawniczak (Melissa) and Ron Lawniczak (Kelly); her grandchildren, Corey Fink (Uthpala), Kristen Fink, Sarah Wilt, Hunter and Brandon Lawniczak; and her siblings, Karen Farve, Russ Middaugh and Faith Middaugh. She is also survived by many in-laws, nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society in Linda's memory.
