She is survived by: her brother Nathaniel Jacobs (Frankie); her children, Lillian Murray Sawyer, Ruthie Jones (Alvin) and Melvin Gaines (Darlene); her sister-in-law Irene West (Carmen Gaines); and her close friend Lucy Williams. She is also survived by 12 grandkids, 16 great grandkids.
