He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert E. Calvin and Bessie M. Calvin (Knisely); his wife Patricia Calvin; and his brothers, Jack and Larry.
He is survived by: his sons, Steven and Michael Calvin. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren.
