She was predeceased by: her daughter Patty Sprague; and her grandson Adam Poturalski. She is survived by: her children, Tammy Jacobs (Jake), Paul Poturalski (Lori), Karen Poturalski and Scot Poturalski (Tonya); and her siblings, Dale Burnham (Vicki), Lila Bartel and Cheryl Eddings. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
